Since it is not this body that dreams, but only I, in that case how does this body remember, even if only vaguely, what the dream body experienced? Our recollection of deep sleep as a state we experienced we can understand from this article, but what about dreams? How do we recall dreams even though this body wasn't there to form memories of dream experiences?Rajathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10446174099698255476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7345918888953765241.post-74517525624677399062018-12-26T08:35:17.460+00:002018-12-26T08:35:17.460+00:00Thanks for this beautifully clear article. Now only do I understand in theory what Bhagavan meant when he said 'waking sleep'.
So we need to study our experience of sleep not out of intellectual curiosity, but it is crucial to atma-vichara itself and holds a vital clue to abiding as I Am.
What I am most stunned to think of is that since sleep is the real state, everything that is extraneous to it which i now experi nce, is false, and there is obviously so so so much that is extraneous in waking compared to sleep, and all this extra stuff is false! Thinking of what i went through in sleep is like a shortcut to circumvent all adjuncts of waking and try to directly locate only myself, which alone was in sleep..Rajathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10446174099698255476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7345918888953765241.post-27130761000672446972016-10-14T22:15:21.064+01:002016-10-14T22:15:21.064+01:00Sundar,
